The first payment shall be made to the Academy, which will disburse the tutor’s fee at the end of each month

Tutors are not permitted to approach or continue with academy clients independently. All communication and teaching arrangements must go through the academy.

If a tutor leaves the academy, they cannot continue lessons with academy clients on their own. Any such action will be considered a violation of trust and policy.

In case parents/guardians introduce additional students for lessons, the tutor must immediately inform the academy.

Before accepting a class, tutors must confirm all details in advance. Failure to complete lessons on time or leaving early will negatively affect performance evaluations.

Demo or trial classes are limited to two sessions per student, as approved by the academy or parents.

The agreed duration of lessons must be strictly followed. Tutors are encouraged to provide extra support during exam preparation when needed.

Tutors are responsible for punctuality and consistent attendance. If a tutor is late or absent, they must compensate for the missed class.

Tutors must conduct monthly tests and submit student progress reports to the academy by the 25th of every month.

A one-month notice is required before discontinuing any student's tuition. If a tutor plans to take a break of more than one month, the academy must be informed in advance.

Any complaints from parents/guardians/students will be addressed by the academy, and appropriate action may be taken against the tutor if necessary.

Long-term opportunities are based on performance. Tutors will receive feedback and ratings from clients, and rates may be revised depending on results.

All fees are collected by the academy only. Tutors are not allowed to receive direct payments. If required, the client must be guided to make payments through official academy channels.

Salaries are released monthly, after successful completion of lessons. While slight delays may occur, payments will be released according to academy policy.

The rates agreed upon between tutor and academy are considered binding. Breaching this agreement will be treated as a violation of trust and professionalism.

Sharing fee details, personal agreements, or confidential contract information with clients is strictly prohibited. The academy maintains a zero-tolerance policy in this matter.

All clients, including parents, guardians, and students, are entrusted to the academy. As a tutor, you are prohibited from providing services outside the academy, even if the clients initiate contact. This policy applies whether you continue with the academy or choose to part ways.

If you decide to leave the academy, it's considered a breach of trust if you engage with any of the academy's clients. You must immediately notify the academy about any new students introduced, and it's your responsibility to ensure that all clients are transferred accordingly.

You must be proficient in using online teaching tools and display professional conduct during your lessons, both in terms of skills and attitude.

Before accepting any tutoring session, ensure that all client details are thoroughly verified. If you have any doubts or issues, you are encouraged to decline the session.

When requested, you must conduct a demo or test class for students. If needed, provide extra days for demonstrations or tests to showcase your teaching abilities.

For online lessons, tutors must join at least 5 minutes before class time. Frequent delays, unnecessary absences, or rescheduling without consent will be treated as policy violations.

Each tutoring session must adhere to the scheduled duration. However, during exam periods, tutors are encouraged to provide additional time if necessary to support students.

The academy follows a set hourly rate structure for online classes. Tutors must review and follow the pricing terms carefully.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are punctual for every session, even if the client is late. If you are absent, you must reschedule and compensate for the missed sessions.

For tuition spanning three months or more, 50% of the agreed fee is collected by the academy. For shorter durations (less than three months), the academy's fee collection percentage will vary accordingly.

The academy will provide you with client details, but any discussion regarding fees should only take place during initial meetings. Tutors must inform the academy of any changes in the arrangement.

Monthly student reports must be submitted to the academy. Tutors should also conduct and report any required tests promptly.

A month's notice is required before discontinuing any tuition. In case of extended breaks, tutors must inform the academy.

If a complaint arises from any student or parent, the academy will handle it promptly and may take action as needed, which could include consequences for the tutor.

Long-term collaboration depends on performance and feedback from students. Tutors are required to maintain positive reviews and ratings to continue working with the academy.

No refunds will be issued to tutors for any cancellation or termination of tuition, unless it falls outside the three-month duration specified. If tuition extends beyond three months, the remaining balance must be paid to the academy by the tutor.

The academy reserves the right to cancel your registration or adjust policies at any time. This may happen without prior notice if you are found involved in any unethical behavior or misconduct.

Tutors are not permitted to discuss any fee collection structure with clients. Any issues or changes regarding fee payments should only be discussed with the academy.

Tutors must maintain an up-to-date profile with the academy. Reviews and ratings from students will be reflected on the tutor's profile, affecting future opportunities.

Any fraudulent or illegal activity on the part of the tutor will result in immediate cancellation of their registration, and legal action may be pursued.

The academy reserves the right to update its terms and policies at any time. These adjustments will be communicated to the tutors, and it is their responsibility to stay informed.

The academy may share your CNIC number with parents or students as part of their security measures when assigning you to tutoring jobs.
